Why Japanese women tend to have rolled shoulders

Many Japanese women complain about shoulder stiffness and upper back pain. According to my friend (a professional physiotherapist in Japan), it's because many Japanese women tend to slouch/roll their shoulders.

I always thought it was because Japanese people don't care about their posture and how they present themselves, but looking at primary school kids, I thought my hypothesis was wrong.

Why you can't get the size right with Japanese bras

Purchasing bras from other countries can be tough, and from Japan? That would probably be the toughest. You might think you've gone mad, because EVERY SINGLE BRA YOU TRY ON DON'T FEEL RIGHT! And you're not alone!!

I am fluent in Japanese, but I never thought bra searching in Japan was easy. I have purchased bras from Australia, UK, US and Japan in the past. Switching from AU to UK, UK to US was not bad, but trying to convert anything to Japan felt impossible.

Why's that?

Reason No.1: The conversion is wrong!!

Minimum number of clothes?

With too many clothes in my closet and nothing to wear, I decided to do some clean-ups and limit my closet to minimum number of clothes (especially, clothes that look presentable & wearable to my work).

I was doing some research, trying to find out what were the "must haves" and "minimum numbers." I saw the items, I saw the numbers, but I wasn't convinced if the numbers actually worked. So I put it to the test, but drawing them.
